The Computer Science and Telecommunications
Board (CSTB)
gives independent advice to the
federal government on technical and public-policy issues relating to computing
and communications. CSTB is composed of leaders in the information technology
and complementary fields from industry and academia. For more information

The Board on Children, Youth, and Families
(BOCYF)
addresses a variety of policy issues
related to the health and development of children, youth, and families.
It does so by convening experts to discuss the issues from the perspective

The National Research Council (NRC)
is part of the National Academies and is the
principal operating agency of both the National Academy of Sciences and
the National Academy of Engineering in providing services to the government,
